In my earlier review of ZeroBounce, I really laid into them for what I thought was a sneaky pricing tactic. After that feedback was published, they put in a ton of effort to set things straight with me and the wider audience. To start, they refunded my payment. Then, they provided me with credits for future use. Lastly, they revamped their website to tackle my issues. With such quick and effective customer support, I can't honestly keep my previous negative review up. Given that I was ready to rate them 5 stars from the get-go, I’m happy to do so now. Their quick response to my concerns was truly impressive.

In less than a week, I got 3 emails and 3 calls from Zerobounce, which feels like a bit much. Plus, I couldn't tell if half of those emails were legit.
